Pick Things Up - Month #1

4 Weeks / 4 Days per Week / Intermediate

Why Purchase

If your goal is to get stronger and maybe add some muscle - then look no further.

You could make the argument that the deadlift is the best "bang-for-your-training-buck" exercise there is. It not only helps improve strength and body composition, but helps improve athletic performance as well.

In addition, unlike the squat and bench press, you can't "cheat" the deadlift. Either you lift the bar off the ground and lock it out, or you don't.

With this program you can count on the following:

- One month of programming that's well planned (and progressive) that will help improve your deadlift and overall strength.

- A Full-body program - training 4x per week plan utilizing upper/lower body splits - but with a bit of emphasis on the posterior chain (backside of the body).

- Probably be able to arm wrestle a grizzly......and win.

- And yes, women can just as easily follow this program as well and NOT turn into He-Man.

- Serves as a "feeder" program and gives people an idea of what to expect if they decide to join my Premium Workout Group.
